Spring Bucket List
Ready for the new season? Springtime in Minnesota is one of my favorite times of the year. Since we’ve all been cozied away at home, the warmer weather brings about a sense of trying new things. I’ve curated a spring bucket list full of fun ideas for anyone to do!

Picnics
Something about picnics brings back nostalgia from being a kid. The simplicity and versatility in it makes it easy to do almost anywhere. Pick some of your favorite foods, some pillows & blankets, and a friend or two, and enjoy your company and surroundings. You can go to your local park, or head out to your backyard for convenience.
Hair Mask: But Make It Functional
For days on the go, throwing my hair into a slicked bun is what I find myself reaching for the most. One way to sneak a hair mask in and then run errands is doing just that–put a hair mask in and then smooth it all back into a bun. My current fav is Ceremonia’s Mascarilla de Babassu, it’s the perfect remedy and smells delicious too.
Farmer’s Markets
At the farmer’s market, there’s increased access to fresh food. It’s also a great way to support your local farmers. Make it a morning trip with some friends and snap some cool pics along the way! The Minneapolis Farmers Market is open Saturday morning’s and Tuesday evening’s starting in May.
Spring Playlist
Creating playlists that are focused on a season or mood can have a major impact on how you feel. They can also serve as a powerful memory tool and bring you back to a certain window of time for years to come. Some songs I included in my spring playlist are 2 The Weekend by Porsh Bet$ and more by BETWEEN FRIENDS. To me, these songs give off a daydreamy vibe that pairs well with the spring air.
Drinking Out of a Pineapple
Drinking from a pineapple has been something I've always wanted to try, & is something you can do in your own kitchen. Start by chopping the top off and then removing the core. Next, cut or scoop the fruit out. This is where the fun part starts. You could chop up the pineapple you removed and add juice or other fruit & serve it that way. Or, you could blend it up with whatever you like. When you’re done preparing your drink, pour it back into the pineapple base. Don't forget to add finishing touches with garnishes like rosemary or edible flowers!
